Refund policy

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the product, without giving any reason.

2. Hygiene exception

BRUSÉ Duo is a personal hygiene product delivered sealed. For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(e) of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers). Sealed, unopened products can be returned within the 14-day period.

3. How to return

  1. Tell us within 14 days by emailing dropsales44@hotmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
  2. We will reply with the return address.
  3. Send the sealed, unopened product back within 14 days of telling us.

The direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

4. Refunds

We will refund the amount paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof of sending it, whichever is earlier.

5. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos. This is covered by your legal guarantee (3 years from delivery in Spain), whether the product has been opened or not, and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, as provided by law.
