Where we ship

We ship BRUSÉ Duo worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of payment.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, so 8–15 business days in total. Times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, customs checks and peak periods.

Shipping costs

Tracked shipping costs €2.99 per order to every destination we deliver to. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. They are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

Address and delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us at dropsales44@hotmail.com with your order number and we will help you, including by resending your order or refunding you where appropriate.
