These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them carefully. Contracts are concluded in English.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts to place an order. Our products are intended for consumers buying for personal use.
3. Products
We sell BRUSÉ Duo, a wall-mounted toothbrush storage and care accessory. We describe its features as accurately as possible, using the specifications provided by the manufacturer. Images are for illustration and the product's colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. BRUSÉ Duo is not a medical device.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.
5. How to place an order
- Choose the quantity of BRUSÉ Duo and select "Buy now".
- At checkout, enter your contact and shipping details and choose a payment method.
- Review the order summary — products, quantity, price, taxes, shipping costs and any discount. You can correct any input errors at any time before payment by editing the fields or going back.
- Place the order by clicking the payment button, which implies an obligation to pay.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when this confirmation is sent. We keep an electronic record of your order and its confirmation, and you can request a copy at any time by email. The contract is available in English only.
We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud; if so, we will notify you and refund any amount paid in full.
6. Promotions and discounts
- Welcome offer: 10% off your first order using the code WELCOME10 at checkout. Valid once per customer, on a first order only. It cannot be combined with quantity discounts; the best available discount is applied.
- Quantity pricing: the prices shown for two or three units already include the quantity discount, applied automatically at checkout.
- We may modify or end promotions at any time; changes never affect orders already placed.
7. Payment
Payment is made at checkout using the methods shown. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
8. Delivery
We ship worldwide. Processing and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.
9. Right of withdrawal (returns)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to products delivered sealed that have been unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(e) of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers). 10. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. For consumers in Spain, this guarantee lasts 3 years from delivery; consumers in other countries also keep any rights granted by the law of their country of residence. If your product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you, as provided by law. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents or normal wear.
11. Product use and safety
Please follow the instructions in the user manual. In particular, charge the device with a standard USB adapter, as fast chargers may not be compatible, and mount it on a clean, smooth, dry surface. Keep it out of reach of young children. The sterilisation function is described as stated by the manufacturer; BRUSÉ Duo is a care accessory and not a medical device, and it does not replace regular toothbrush replacement as recommended by dental professionals.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for defective products. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect damage or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, images, design and the BRUSÉ brand) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
14. Customer service, complaints and applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Before taking any other step, please contact us at dropsales44@hotmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue. We reply within 48 hours on business days. Official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are available on request.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
